Terms & Conditions: Booth Packages

Booth hire and deposit 

To secure your booking, a deposit is required. Deposit is equal to the cost of the package (Basic and Premium packages) or the minimum cost of the package (Deluxe and Platinum packages). The remaining balance for Deluxe and Platinum packages must be paid on the night, and package will not begin until remaining balance is paid.  

Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 7 days of the function date. By paying the deposit, you agree to all terms and conditions as listed.  

Drinks package rules 

  • No shots 
  • One drink at a time 
  • No sharing drinks with other patrons not included on the drinks package 

If any of these rules are broken, the package will cease immediately. In this instance, no refund will be provided.   

All drinks packages will begin and end at the agreed time, regardless of actual arrival time. No refunds or discounts will be given if you arrive late. Packages will commence once everyone has their wristbands upon paying. No wristbands will be issued to patrons who are not part of the package. 

We have a strict no bucks party policy. If a function is booked under the guise of a birthday party or other event and we discover it to be a bucks party, management reserves the right to cancel your booking without refund of the deposit.  

Dress code 

  • Neat casual attire 
  • No tracksuits 
  • No hats or thongs 
  • Mens shorts must be dress shorts (no board shorts or sport shorts) 

Responsible service of alcohol 

Our staff have an obligation to maintain the responsible service of alcohol at all times. If you are showing signs of intoxication, staff reserve the right to cut you off or have you removed from the premises. In this instance, no refunds will be provided.  

Rights of management 

Management reserves the right to refuse a function booking without reason and refuse entry or remove any person form the premises. Management does not accept any responsibility for damage or loss of property left on the premises.
